Is there any coverage provided with the rental?

Ultimate RV Experience rentals include coverage in minimum automobile coverage against third-party required by law. The details are contained on the Rental Agreement. 

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is offered at an additional cost. SLI provides you supplemental liability insurance up to $1,000,000 for USA rentals.

Can I tow my car or boat behind the motorhome?

No, we do not allow any kind of towing. 

What is the cost of mileage?

75 miles per day is includes in rental cost.  Motorhomes are 35¢ per mile over 75 miles.  Trailer homes have unlimited miles.

At the end of the rental you will be refunded for any excess mileage charges, or be charged for additional miles in excess. 


Can I smoke in the RV?

No smoking is allowed.

Can I park my car?

Yes, there is a daily rate of $10.

Are we allowed to travel to Canada or Mexico?

No, currently we don’t allow travel outside of US.

Can we travel one way to our destination or do we have to travel round trip?

Currently we only have one location so every rental must be returned to the same location.

Is there a charge for the generator?

4 Hours per night generator usage is included with nightly rental cost. Excess generator usage is $3.00 per hour. The generator charge is determined by an installed running time meter. You can save on this expense by staying in locations that have electrical hookups and not leaving the generator running when you are not in the vehicle.

Are pets allowed in Motorhomes/Trailer homes?

No, we don’t allow pets.

Does the motorhome come equipped with bedding and cookware?

We offer a COMPLEMENTARY dustpan and brush set, one 13 gallon trash bag, and a 5-cup coffee maker. (please bring your own filter and your favorite coffee).


Do I need a special driver’s license to drive a motorhome?

You need to be 25 years or older and have a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. Temporary licenses are not accepted. All drivers must be present, listed on and sign the Rental Agreement.

What if cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to the pick-up date and you will be refunded in full.  If cancelled between 14 and 7 days prior to your pick-up date then you lose half of your reservation payment. If cancelled 6 days or less then you lose your full reservation payment.

Can I make a change to a reservation?

Yes, you can make changes to your current reservation, however changes are subject to current availability. No changes will be permitted to a reservation once the cancellation deadline has passed.

Name changes to reservations are not permitted. Reservations are non-transferable. The person that made the reservation must be present at pickup and possess a valid credit card and driver's license.

Do you have baby car seats?

Please bring your own.
